Updated Unreal Project (Main/Pause Menu)

Hello Gamers! 

For this latest update, I have added a pause and start menu. The start menu (or main menu) will allow you play the game or quit the game by pressing the respected buttons. While in the game, press "P" to bring up the pause menu. The pause menu will give you three options: resume, return to main menu, quit. Thanks!
